  • Reason for return

Please note that shipping costs for returns are to be paid for by the customer.

All returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with the tags still secured and in pristine condition. BOEALOE may not accept these product(s) if the requirements are not met.

Exchange process

If you would like to exchange your item for another, then you must first return the original item and place a new order.

This garment was made from certified deadstock fabric sourced from an Italian luxury fashion house. BOEALOE prioritizes the use of deadstock or left over fabrics over new fabrics. This helps avoid depletion of valuable natural resources, saves water and energy usage and prevents a significant amount of GHG/CO2 emission.
