Return or Exchange

All unworn product(s) you have ordered may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

How to return your product(s)

To return your product(s), please send an email to info@boealoe.com, with the subject “Return + order number” and with the following information:

• Order number
• Name on the order
• Reason for return

Please note that shipping costs for returns are to be paid for by the customer.

Return requirements

All returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with the tags still secured and in pristine condition. BOEALOE may not accept these product(s) if the requirements are not met.

Exchange process

If you would like to exchange your item for another, then you must first return the original item and place a new order.
